They require you to pay with a credit card, and your credit card probably already includes rental car collision damage waver coverage. If your credit card does, you would be wasting money to by the rental companies insurance,(which is usually grossly overpriced for what it covers).

hi, Wn france last year but booked car with my brothers card .when booking just put both first names on form. They only really look at surnames when collecting car

Not without a valid credit card.Debit can be emptied while using the car so ? No other way..

not sure of the legalities of cali. but keep in mind insurance adjusters get bonuses for keeping cost down. my sister put her foot down ( better than i ever would) and got everything she needed while her car was being fixed. it's all about staying on them don't give in.

They advance the settlement check so you cuold get your car back in running order and not need a rental car. If you can prove it will take longer to get your car fixed in drivable condition maybe the insurance co will allow more in the total settlement.

Check with the Office of Attorney General in California. They can advise you of your rights, and probably tell you how to enforce them.

Usually there is no limit on miles you can drive, but it is better to call the rental company and ask them.
