You can catch a cab to that location. When calling ask for the rate for whoever you have for car insurance. They will typically not ask why, they just assume you have a reason. If they ask, just tell them that you were told to ask for this rate. This typically happens if someone hits you and you are paying up front and their insurance is cutting you a check.
