This is all stuff we can find out on the rental websites. What about the questions that no one can find clear questions for, like what licensed travelers under the age of 25 should do? I’m 24, hoping to go to a conference in DC next year, and their rules confuse me. Would things be different if my husband, who will be 30 by then, makes the arrangements? Do the rental agencies at Dulles and BWI count under DC’s rental rules?

PT Cruisers are fun …
PT Cruisers are fun cars? I drove one in 2005 in Phoenix, Arizona. Me and parents agreed that tt was the worst rental car every; especially going uphill. It was a struggle just to get the car to the top. Now, I know it was just that one time but it drove me and my parents nuts throughout the entire trip.

I did not watch your videos because I am biased. Reviewing their titles, they remind me of past experiences with people who skew evidence, change their stories, ect, to maintain the pretense of always having the right answers. Partly to confuse and mislead the ignorant and more universally because the idea of not knowing those answers is also scary to them.
