		<description>not sure of the legalities of cali. but keep in mind insurance adjusters get bonuses for keeping cost down. my sister put her foot down ( better than i ever would) and got everything she needed while her car was being fixed. it&#039;s all about staying on them don&#039;t give in.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

If you can prove it will take longer to get your car fixed in drivable condition maybe the insurance co will allow more in the total settlement.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
