		<description>Unlike regular humans, car rental companies have so much money that they can show that they would be able to pay any claims filed against them out-of-pocket and do not need to carry insurance (to do this, you need to post a bond of at least $50,000).  Even if they do carry insurance, if you did not pay for the more expensive insurance that they offer to you, then they have the option to collect from you instead of from their insurance.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
