want to register to hire car on regular basis so just pay for insurance and fuel?

Have just written off my car and am now looking to be a regular car hirer. I don’t particularly want to car pool as have considered this option but want to find a reasonably priced option to hire car 2-3 times per week with flexibility to leave the car locally.
