I am renting an economy car for one day through enterprise. Any idea what the average cost of rental insurance they offer is? I’ll be calling them later on. Just wondering ahead of time what I should expect to pay, on average. Thanks

They require you to pay with a credit card, and your credit card probably already includes rental car collision damage waver coverage. If your credit card does, you would be wasting money to by the rental companies insurance,(which is usually grossly overpriced for what it covers).

I am going to France soon and I want to hire a car at Nice airport but I do not have a credit card, nor do I want one. I have a debit card but all the car hire companies say that they will not accept a debit card and you must have a credit card. Does anyone know of a way out of this problem?
